Resale websites, groups, and apps are a dime-a-dozen these days, and there's really not a lot that sets one apart from the others (aside from user base, maybe). A new app called VarageSale wants to change that. Designed by a mom and operated with moms' high standards, it has potentially game-changing features that will not only make buying and selling in the resale market easier, but also safer.

It does this by requiring every user to use to sign-in with a real Facebook profile, and a community administrator has to approve every request to join.

How to SIM unlock the LG V10

Posted: 12 Mar 2016 01:45 AM PST

The LG V10 is quite a unique device. It's not LG's 2015 flagship phone, but it definitely has all the right ingredients to set it apart from the competition. The phone is loaded with a 5.7-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, fingerprint sensor and an impressive 16MP camera on the back. But what truly sets the LG V10 apart from the competition is its secondary display on the front which displays shortcuts and notifications.

Since the phone's spec list is jam packed with goodies, the LG V10 is quite expensive. This means you likely purchased the phone from your favorite service provider with a discount or a payment plan. This also means that your LG V10 is SIM unlocked and you need a SIM unlock code before it can be used on another service provider. Fortunately, there are a few different way you can go about getting the SIM unlock code for your phone.

Get your LG V10 SIM unlock code

Free unlock code

The cheapest way to SIM unlock your LG V10 is to get a free SIM unlock code from your service provider. Many service providers around the globe will give you the unlock code for your phone, as long as the phone is paid in full or you are no longer under contract. If that's you, follow the steps below to get your LG V10 SIM unlock code for free.

  • Open the phone app and dial *#06# to display your phone's IMEI number
  • Write the IMEI number on a piece of paper
  • Call your service provider's customer service line and request your LG V10′s free unlock code
  • If you meet your service provider's requirements, your unlock code will be emailed to you in 2-5 days

Paid unlock code

Those who do not qualify for a free SIM unlock code for their LG V10 will need to use a paid SIM unlocking service. We've found that Android SIM Unlock usually offers the best prices and a money-back guarantee if the code they provide does not work. Android SIM Unlock is currently offering LG V10 unlock codes for only $9.90. The steps below will walk you walk you through how to purchase your SIM unlock code and how to enter the code into your LG V10.

Note: If you are trying to SIM unlock the T-Mobile LG V10, pleases use the T-Mobile LG V10 section at the bottom.
